Hilo Chen is an hyperrealist painter born in Taiwan in 1942. He moved to Paris and then to New-York in 1968. He paints women suntanning at the beach or the pool. You can find his work in New-York at the Louis K. Meisel Gallery and the Bernarducci Meisel Gallery.
