Peter Arkle is a freelance illustrator of books and magazines who lives in New York City. He occasionally publishes a newspaper (he says not weekly nor monthly but wheneverly...) called the Peter Arkle News, containing stories and drawings about everyday life. He mails each issue to his list of subscribers and sells copies in a few stores : one in NY, one in Amsterdam and one in Edinburgh.
