Natalie Reis is a Montreal based artist. In 2005 she completed a Master of Fine Arts at the University of Waterloo. She is currently heading a collective project that will be presented at the 2009 Montreal Biennial. She works with illustrations as well as paintings while she's also exploring cinema with some short animation movies. The quality of her work is undeniable as much as it is extremely inventive and innovative. She is definitely an artist on wich we must keep an eye on for the next couple of years.
Her work is now on view at the Galerie Trois Points.

C'est vrai. Je sens aussi le lien avec Marc Séguin. Peut-être à cause du vide autour du dessin et/ou l'utilisation du noir et blanc jumelé à une autre couleur...
