Francis Hogan is a self taught photographer from Royn-Noranda, a small town in northwest Quebec, Canada. He has won the First International Photography awards in 2002 with a series about an anti-war demonstration in Montreal.
Francis Hogan has his own perspective on things which makes his pictures very unique.
