If you happen to be in Paris on the 5th and 6th of september, stop by la Patisserie Fauchon. This weekend is what they call «le weekend éclair», where you can taste all kinds of éclairs from vanilla and mint to smoked salmon and green peas!!! Interesting indeed! I don't know about the taste, but I have to say they are visually very appealing!
